Westside Real Estate is a broad term that encompasses many Los Angeles neighborhoods. There is no firm stretch of land that comprises Westside Los Angeles Real Estate. Some people think it is only West of the 405 Freeway while others think it goes all the way to the Eastern most edge of West Hollywood.

Westside Los Angeles describes a grouping of neighborhoods with some of the most desirable real estate in the city of Los Angeles. Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Santa Monica, Brentwood, Westwood, Culver City, Venice, West Los Angeles, the Pacific Palisades and others are all considered Westside neighborhoods. While the term is loose and the boundaries of what is Westside Real Estate can be argued, it is in all instance considered a good part of town to live in.
