Real Estate Inspectors
During the first week of the escrow process you are strongly advised to do a list of various physical inspections of the property. This includes a general physical inspection and sometimes but not always and not limited to fireplace, mold, sewerline, geological and more. Most homes have some physical defects. After the physical inspections have been done, it is customary that any significant defects be requested to be repaired, replaced or a monetary credit to be issued as compensation. The outcome of this request is subject to negotiation.
