About Simon

Simon Salloom was raised in New England and has lived much of his life in Northern and Southern California. He currently resides in Santa Monica with his wife Jessica, their two young sons and a fluffy little dog named Harry. In 1998, Simon arrived in Los Angeles on a business trip. He fell enamored with the City; its sense of freedom, opportunity, creativity, entrepreneurial spirit and amazing weather gave him a feeling that this was a place where anything could be accomplished. He used to say: “I love Los Angeles and I’m not going to quit until it loves me back!”

His commitment to professional excellence has helped him realize his dream. Today he is one of the top REALTORS in Los Angeles, regularly featured in the Los Angeles Times and other notable publications as an expert on the local real estate market. His accolades are numerous, but what he cherishes most are the relationships he has built with his clients and colleagues over the years. What satisfies him is knowing that he has done an extraordinary job helping people through complicated and potentially stressful transactions.

Simon’s passion for fine art and architecture translates into a sensitivity to the marketing of fine homes and estates in the most desirable Westside locations. Santa Monica, Bel Air, Brentwood and the Pacific Palisades are among Simon’s favorite neighborhoods. In his spare time he enjoys the company of designers, artists and museum halls. Every now and then he will pick up a paint brush and put it to canvas. The ability to identify and illustrate the desirable and beautiful aspects of a home is an integral part of his marketing approach. This sensitivity and constant quest for refinement and excellence adds depth to his salesmanship ability and tangible value for his clients.
